Brad and his team are simply put, professionals. You will not find better service than Lyla and the rest of his team. Their work was fast and they handled everything. Nobody else will do work on the exterior of my house!

Amazing! Contacted 2nd Gen after the Aug 2024 Hail Storm. They did an incredible job supporting the assessment/estimate, communicating and completing the work. Considering the amount of work happening with all the repairs, they did great!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Second Generation Exteriors to repair the hail damage from the August 2024 hail storm, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

The team at Second Generation Exteriors demonstrated exceptional expertise and attention to detail in repairing the roofing, siding, eavestroughs, and downspouts of my home. They were prompt in their response, provided a thorough assessment, and offered a clear and fair estimate for the repairs. Their communication throughout the project was excellent, keeping me informed at every step.

The quality of their work is outstanding. The repairs were completed efficiently and to the highest standards, leaving my home looking as good as new. The crew was courteous, respectful of my property, and ensured that the worksite was clean and tidy upon completion.

I highly recommend Second Generation Exteriors for any roofing, siding, eavestrough, and downspout needs. Their professionalism, workmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. Thank you, Second Generation Exteriors, for your incredible work and customer experience!

As the owner of Nook & Cranny Home Inspections we have come across many contractors in the industry. When the hail storm hit our home in Aug 2024 my first call was to Brad. He was at our house the next day and discussed everything with my wife which gave her a sense of relief knowing everything could be repaired. Brad helped to facilitate the repairs with our insurer and the job was completed on schedule. I personally cannot recommend Brad, Lyla and the crew at our house enough. Job was kept very clean and all the crews were respectful. You should be able to leave 10 Stars as that is what they deserve.

I reached out to Second Generation Exteriors to have a good look for any hail damage to my home in the NW of Calgary. Brad inspected my roof as well as the siding.
No repairs required at this time. Brad was honest and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately they were too busy to be able to do my repair, but they took the time to let me know what I needed so I could do it myself. They were quick to respond to my message and happy to help as best they could under the circumstances. Will definitely call when I have a job that I can’t tackle myself.

For everyone dealing with the results of the storm last night, I had to hop on here to give far too belated kudos to Brad and the Second Gen team for how they helped us with our hail storm claim a few years back. Our insurance company initially offered to patch the holes on our siding and offered a settlement of 4k. What our insurance company failed to mention (that Brad informed us of) is that patching the holes would void the warranty on the siding. We also didn't know that the insurance company's job is to pay to return your property to its pre-storm state. They had discontinued the pattern on our siding, and the insurance company then offered to repair the back sections of our house with siding that would be a colour match but a noticeable pattern difference. Brad leaned on them and ultimately had them agree to rewrap our entire house. The insurance company said there was no damage to our roof which was not true and Brad had them come back and look again and lo and behold, there was the damage and they needed to replace our roof as well. He took a $4,000 offer and turned it into a nearly $40,000 settlement for us. He was absolutely incredible, it such a great experience from start to finish. Honestly can't recommend this company enough. Thankfully, we did not get hit by the storm last night, and the work that Brad and his team did years ago is still looking as good as the day they finish the work. Thank you Brad. We appreciate you so much.
